At Lockwood London, we do our best to keep our customers satisfied. However, if you wish to return a product, this policy explains the conditions and process clearly.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out in this Return & Refund Policy.
1) Return Eligibility and Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all labels/tags still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing (beyond fitting) is not.

Returns will not be accepted if products were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order (“wardrobing” / excessive size-ordering).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2) Items Not Eligible for Return
A return may be refused if:

The product shows signs of use, washing, damage, odors, stains, or missing tags/packaging.

The return request is submitted outside the allowed timeframe.

The return package is incomplete or altered.
(Where legally required, mandatory consumer rights still apply.)
3) Return Window
You must request a return within 30 days of delivery (the date your order is marked as delivered).
4) How to Start a Return

Email us at info@lockwoodlondon.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please include:-
Your order number

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

After your request is reviewed, you will receive the return address of our supplier/warehouse (located in China).

You must send the item back at your own expense, including any shipping fees, duties, customs charges, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace. You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches the return address.
5) Refunds
Once your return has been received at the return address and inspected, and the item is approved:

The purchase amount for the returned item(s) will be refunded within 30 days to the original payment method.
Important notes:

Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.

If customs fees or charges occur during the return shipment, these remain the customer’s responsibility. If unpaid fees cause the return to be rejected or destroyed/abandoned, a refund may not be possible.
6) Responsibility and Liability

We are not responsible for lost return packages. If you return an item without valid tracking and it does not arrive, we cannot issue a refund.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, as orders may already be processed.
